Billing sync
Create an invoice for any plan, renewal, upgrade, usage charge or top-up and pass your own billing reference.
Your backend gets a signed callback when the payment settles — activate the plan, extend access or add credits automatically.
Amount, status, coin, network and credited USDT are all in the console, tied to the right customer by your reference.
Resolving customer mistakes
Set an underpayment tolerance for your SaaS. Payments within it are accepted as complete — or leave it at zero when you need the full invoice amount.
If a payment falls outside the tolerance, the checkout calculates the exact difference and creates a top-up invoice — fees included. The customer gets up to two attempts without leaving the payment flow.
If a customer sends too much, they can request the excess back from the same checkout. We handle the return instead of sending them to your support team.
If the customer still underpays after two top-up attempts, they can request a refund directly in the checkout. CryptumPay handles the return with them.

How it works
A new plan, renewal or top-up follows the same flow:
Your product creates an invoice
Send the amount and your invoice reference to CryptumPay.
Customer pays in crypto
They choose a currency and network and pay from their own wallet.
We confirm the payment
We track the transfer on-chain and send the payment status to your backend.
You update access
Activate a plan, extend a subscription, apply an upgrade or add credits. The payment is credited to your balance in USDT.

Integration
Create an invoice in the console and send the link — useful for annual plans, enterprise customers or manual renewals with no build at all.
Add Pay with crypto to your pricing, billing, upgrade or top-up screens. The checkout opens over your product and payment statuses return to your server.
Create invoices for plans, renewals, top-ups or usage charges from your backend. Receive signed callbacks and connect payment status directly to your access logic.
Security & control
Every incoming payment is screened on arrival. Anything flagged is isolated automatically — it never touches your balance or your withdrawals.
Sign-in, withdrawals, access to API keys and other sensitive actions ask for your approval with an authenticator code.
API payouts run only from IPs you’ve whitelisted. Anything else is blocked.

Q&A
Does CryptumPay replace my SaaS billing system?
No. Keep plans, billing dates, trials, discounts, seat counts and usage logic in your product or existing billing system. CryptumPay handles the crypto payment for each invoice and sends the result back to your backend.
How do recurring crypto payments work?
When a renewal is due, your billing creates a new invoice. The customer confirms the crypto payment, and CryptumPay sends the final status to your server. Your backend can then renew access automatically.
Can I automatically charge a customer's wallet every month?
A regular wallet payment requires the customer to confirm the transfer. Your billing can create the next invoice automatically, and your backend can renew access automatically after payment. Repeat customers can use CryptumPay to make the payment itself faster.
Can I use CryptumPay for usage-based billing?
Yes. Calculate the charge in your own billing system and pass the final amount when you create the invoice. Once it is paid, use the callback to update the customer's account.
What happens if a customer pays too little?
You can set an underpayment tolerance for small differences. If the payment is still short, the checkout calculates the remaining amount and gives the customer two chances to top it up. If it still cannot be completed, the customer can start a refund in the checkout and CryptumPay handles it.
What happens if a customer pays too much?
The customer can request the excess back from the same checkout. CryptumPay handles the return directly.
Which cryptocurrencies and networks can customers use?
Major assets and networks are supported, including BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, BNB, SOL, POL, TON and XRP, with USDT available across several networks.
What currency do I receive?
USDT. Whatever supported cryptocurrency the customer uses, the completed payment is credited to your CryptumPay balance in USDT.
Do customers need a CryptumPay account or app?
No. Payments can be made from any crypto wallet the customer already uses.
How does my product know when to activate or renew access?
CryptumPay sends signed payment status callbacks to your backend. Use the final paid status as the event that activates a plan, extends a subscription or credits an account.
Can crypto sit alongside cards in the same billing flow?
Yes. CryptumPay can be an additional payment option alongside the methods you already offer. You do not need to move your existing billing logic.
Can I test the flow before going live?
Yes. After registration, you can test invoice creation, checkout, payment statuses and callbacks before accepting live payments.
Run a test payment, connect the callback and let customers pay for plans, renewals and top-ups from any wallet.
